he 12th Caulfield (St. John’s) Scout Group’s Hall is available for hire for children’s parties and other functions mornings, afternoon and night on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is currently limited availability for hiring during the day on Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.
The Hall has the following facilities:
The Hall is located at 1 Beavis Street, Elsternwick (just off Glenhuntly Road) which provides easy access from Brighton, Balaclava, Ripponlea, Elwood, and other surrounding Glen Eira communities (Melbourne Australia suburbs).
The 12th Caulfield Hall is a great venue for parties, meetings, classes, celebrations, activities and functions:
* Please Note: Our hall is not available for hiring for teenage to 30 year-old birthdays or bucks’ or hens’ night parties.
* Childrens’ parties will be restricted to the primary school children and younger, unless they are a member of our group, as directed by Scouts Victoria.

Our rates are as follows:
$150 for a half day – from 8am-12noon or 1pm-5pm (4 hours)
$250 for a full day – from 8am until 5pm (9 hours)
$300 for an evening – from 6pm until 12midnight (6 hours)

not to the hall or PO Box addresses.
Also include the lease fee, as a cheque made payable to ’12th Caulfield Scout Group’ or organise to pay cash. Alternatively, email hallhire@12thcaulfield.asn.au for our direct deposit banking details.
A $100 bond/key deposit is due separately on receipt of the key.
